Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website https://kraken-lab.fr and the application https://app.kraken-lab.fr published by Kraken Lab.

Kraken Lab is a SaaS service that lets you generate type beat videos and publish them to YouTube via Google OAuth.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Services.

3. User account

Access to the application requires authentication via Google. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Google account and for any activity carried out through your Kraken Lab account.

You may delete your account from the application settings. Deletion results in erasure of associated data under the conditions set out in the Privacy policy.

4. YouTube connection and publishing

Publishing to YouTube requires that you expressly authorize Kraken Lab to access your YouTube account via OAuth (youtube.upload scope).

You remain the sole owner and are solely responsible for content published on your channel. When linking your YouTube account, you must certify that the content you will publish via Kraken Lab complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube Terms of Service.

Kraken Lab acts only as a technical tool for generation and publishing on your behalf. YouTube may refuse, remove, or limit content under its own rules.

5. User content and rights

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights in the audio, images, texts, and other materials you provide or publish through the Services.

You grant Kraken Lab a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely to host, process, and publish such content in order to provide the requested features.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some plans are paid and managed via Stripe. Prices and plan features are shown on the website or in the application.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew according to the terms offered by Stripe. You may manage or cancel your subscription via the billing portal.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or YouTube-policy-violating content; circumvent technical or quota limitations; attempt unauthorized access to Kraken Lab or third-party systems; or use the Services in a way that harms third parties.

8. Availability and limitations

Kraken Lab strives to keep the Services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features announced as upcoming (for example platforms other than YouTube) may be unavailable.

Google/YouTube quotas, third-party outages, or YouTube decisions may affect publishing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kraken Lab shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data held by third parties (including YouTube), or consequences related to content you publish.

You are responsible for complying with copyright law, platform rules, and applicable legislation for your publications.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Kraken Lab may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, security risk, or legal obligation.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
